A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
For events under $350, full payment is required at booking.
For events over $350, a deposit of $350 is required, with the remaining balance due by the agreed date in your contract.
If your event is canceled more than 90 days in advance, your deposit is refundable.
For cancellations within 90 days of the event, deposits are non-refundable, but any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for partial credit toward a future booking, at management’s discretion.
Yes! We offer free on-site parking for all guests. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with convenient access to the venue entrance.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring in outside vendors such as caterers, decorators, or entertainers. We simply ask that all vendors be approved in advance and provide any necessary insurance or documentation required by the venue.
Of course! We’d love to show you around. Venue tours are available by appointment only, so please contact us to schedule a time that works for you.
